摘要
活塞环润滑的最小油膜厚度是反映活塞环与缸套间润滑性能的重要参数。本文首次采用电涡流传感器,通过对最小润滑油膜厚度的测量,研究了活塞环组润滑状况与发动机运转参数、环组结构参数及配置等的关系,证明环组润滑处于贫油状态,存在着流体动压和挤压两种润滑作用方式,而且不同冲程上的最小油膜厚度相差不大,在无油环的润滑条件下,活塞环的最小润滑油膜厚度存在一极限。
The main parameter of the lubrication of piston rings, minimum lubricating oil film thickness, was measured successfully by means of eddy current sensors mounted on the cylinder liner. The results indicate that there exist two types of hydrodynamic lubrication of the rings and oil starvation in the inlet of the rings. There are almost no significant difference of the oil film thickness among four strokes under motoring conditions. The minimum oil film thickness is a limited value, though the rings are fully lubricated.
