摘要
铝电解电容器的无容量主要是因为接触电阻大、裂箔、铆接不良、铆接花瓣小、正极箔表面箔灰厚及原箔腐蚀太深而造成。容量时有时无主要是铆偏、箔片断片、抽芯、铆花毛刺、导针毛刺、铝箔边缘毛刺、露箔等原因而造成。在生产过程中加强铆接、卷绕工序的质量控制,避免出现容量不稳定的现象。
This essay gives the reasons that make aluminum electrolytic condensers non-capacity. They are large resistance.the rift of aluminum foil.bad riveting,thickness of positive electrode foil and the deep corrosiveness of the original foil. Then the author analyzes the reasons that make capacity existing or not. They are deviating riveting.foil-breaking.burr of foil's edge.exposure of foil and so on. At the same time the author proposes that during the manufacturing the quality control of riveting and rolling procedure should be strengthened and unstable capacity products should be avoided.
