典型铸铁件缺陷与粘土型砂常用性能关系研究

Research on the Relation of Typical Iron Casting Defects and Clay Mould Sand Performances

以江铃铸造厂现场数据为依据,利用SPSS软件,构建了典型缺陷与粘土型砂性能的关系方程。实践验证表明,这些关系方程较好地反映了实际铸件缺陷与型砂性能的关系,为定量分析型砂性能对铸件缺陷的影响、建立型砂性能与铸件缺陷之间的关系,提供了理论支持。

Based on the data of clay mould sand performances and iron casting defects from Jiang- Ling Casting Plant, the regression equation of iron casting defects and clay mould sand performances was established utilizing SPSS （Statistical Package for the Social Science）software. The practical results indicate that the equation reflects the relation between clay mould sand performances and iron casting defects preferably. It provides theoretical reference for analyzing the effect of clay mould sand quality on casting defects quantitatively and constructing the relation between clay mould sand performances and iron casting defects.
