研制的堵料报警装置,解决了振动给料随流孕育送料管出口出现堵塞或严重不通畅的报警防范问题,并及时提示操作者清理或更换送料管,有效地防止未经孕育、孕育效果不佳的铸型进入下道工序,进一步提高铸件质量。本装置投入实际应用,可以适应铸造随流孕育的需要。

The developed jam alarm device can prevent the jam of transported material in the course of vibration feed stream inoculation and warn the operators to clean or replace the feed pipe in time. It can effectively avoid poor casting without inoculation or with poor inoculation to be transferred into the next procedure, thus improve the quality of casting. This device has been put into practice and can adapt the needs of stream inoculation in the casting process.
