摘要 针对油田抽油机的监测仍采取传统人工方式,设计了基于GPRS的油田抽油机远程在线监控系统。系统采用高精度专用传感器实时采集抽油机运行的各种数据,然后将采样数据送入智能监测仪,并通过基于GPRS的通信模块将监测数据上传到监测中心的大型数据库中,以实现数据的共享。对该系统的硬件结构和软件设计均做了介绍。该系统可及时发现、消除由于抽油机故障引发的油田作业缺陷,确保油田安全作业。 To solve the problem that manpower is also used in monitoring oil extractors, a remote on-line monitoring system of oil extractor in oil field based on GPRS was introduced. In the system high precision special sensors were used to get all kinds of data in oil extractor, then the data were sent to intelligent monitor, and uploaded to large database in monitoring central, that would be shared. The structure of hardware and design of software were explained. The system can detect and eliminate the defect of oil operation which would cause accident.
