摘要 近年来,各种烟酒以及身份证、驾驶证、护照等假冒伪劣产品越来越多,已经严重危害到人类的健康和正常生活,为此防伪技术显得尤其重要,光刻机主要用于这些产品的技术防伪。该文介绍了光刻机控制系统的结构与原理,以及软硬件设计。系统采用了将可编程运动控制器(PMAC)与工控机相结合,即PC+PMAC的上下机模式。同时也运用了将运动程序与PLC程序相结合的方法,得到了预期的效果。该系统已投入实际应用,收到良好的经济效益。 Recently,various fake commodity such as tobacco,alcohol,ID card,license,passport come out with large quantity and frequently,and it affects human's health and life seriously,therefore,fakeproof technology presents essentially importance,the precise lay carving system is mainly used in commodity's brand fakeproofing.This paper presents the laser character machine's structure and theory. Also introduces hardware and software of the system. This system combines programmable multi-axes controller (PMAC)with industrial controller,that is,pc+pmac mode. Meanwhile,it applies the combination of moving program and PLC program ,which results expected effect. And the way has been used in the factory,which has made a great economy benefit.
