摘要
针对传统捻线机必须技术改造问题,设计了基于触摸屏与PLC的自动控制系统。利用MT5000组态软件编制EView触模屏的人机画面,通过触摸屏与西门子S7200 PLC的通信,并对PLC编程,完成对捻线机各项数据参数的设置和修改,从而达到纱线产品生产工艺过程的变换。该控制系统自动化程度高,人机界面直观易懂,方便操作,并具有实时监控性,提高了生产效率。
To Technological innovate the twisting-machine ,designed automatic control- ling system based on touchable screen and PLC. This paper introduces the compilation of man-machine interface of EView touchable screen by MT5000, the communication processure of touchable screen and SIEMENS S7 200 PLC .By programming to PLC, finished the establishment and revision of data and parameter, achieved the automatic control to Twisting-machine.This system easy to operate, has the real-time monitoring, enhance the production efficiency.
