脑脉通有效部位中川芎嗪的含量测定

Determination the Content of Ligustrazine in Effective Parts of Naomaitong

目的:建立脑脉通有效部位中的川芎嗪的含量测定方法。方法:采用大连依利特Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇—水溶液(30∶70),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:316nm。结果:川芎嗪平均回收率为99.85%,RSD为1.48%。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确,可作为有效部位的质量控制方法。

Objective： to establish RP- HPLC method for determination of Ligustrazine in effective parts of Naomaitong. Methods： Using Hypersil ODS2 C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） of Dalian Elite, the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water （30：70）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the wavelength was 316 nm. Results： The average recovery rate was 99.85 %, RSD= 1.48% ; Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of effective parrs.
