四逆散合五味消毒饮加味治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

The Clinical Study of Powder for Regulating Cold Limbs and Five Drugs for Sterilizing Decoction to Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:探讨四逆散合五味消毒饮加味治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:用四逆散合五味消毒饮加味治疗慢性盆腔炎69例,并与西药组69例对照。结果:中药组14d治愈41例,有效率95.65%;西药治愈28例,有效率79.71%,两组具有显著差异(P<0.05);下腹胀痛或腰骶部疼痛缓解时间分别为(5.83±3.67)d,(9.58±5.71)d,两组比较差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。提示:四逆散合五味消毒饮加味治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效明显优于对照组。

Objective： to approach the clinical effect of heat-cleating and detoxicating and disperse the depressed liver-energy to regulating qi and removing blood stasis drugs to treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method： 69 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were treated with Powder for regulating cold limb6 and five drugs for sterilizing decoction and 69 cases with western medicine. Result： the effective power is 95.65 % in Chinese medicine and 79.71% in western medicine after 14 days. There is significant deviation between two groups （P〈0.05）. The odynolysis time of inferior belly distension and lumbosacral area is （5.83 ± 3.67） d and （9.58 ± 5.71） d in treatment and control. There is significant deviation between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： there is better curative effect of Powder for regulating cold limbs and five drugs for sterilizing decoction to treating chronic pelvic inflarnmatory disease than western medicine.
