农户从事非农产业的影响因素分析--对湖南省新化县农户的实证研究

An Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Farmer's Households Engaging in Non-agricultural Employment——An Empirical Study on Farmer's Households of Xinhua County in Hunan Province

利用湖南省新化县统计局农调队2006年对农村住户调查的数据资料,采用Logit模型从农户家庭层面分析了农户从事非农产业的主要影响因素。研究结果发现,农户是否从事非农产业受家庭劳动力人数、劳动力的年龄、性别以及距最近县城的距离等多种因素的影响。但家庭劳动力的最高文化程度对是否从事非农产业的影响并不显著,这与大多数的实证研究结果不一致。

Based on the country tenement inquisitional data obtained from the team of investigating peasant of the Xinhua county＇ s Stat. Office in Hunan province, this paper uses logit model to analyze the influencing factors of farmer＇ s households engaging in non-agricultural employment from the farmer＇ s family. The result shows that farmer＇ s households engaging in non-agricultural employment is effected by the family labour force population, age, sex, the distance from the county and so on. But the household labor＇ s highest culture degree has little influence on non-agricultural employment, and it is different from most empirical studies.
