A Study on the Industry Upgrading of Processing Trade Under Global Value Chains

从全球价值链这个研究视角分析,加工贸易产业升级处于外部联系和内部联系中,是一个多层次、多领域、多阶段的动态发展过程。针对我国加工贸易产业升级现状,我国加工贸易产业升级要在两个方面实现产业耦合,一方面要与国内支柱产业耦合,发展产业影响力和关联效应大的加工贸易;另一方面要与国际产业结构和贸易结构耦合,即通过功能升级、高新技术化并发展服务业加工贸易等形式实现产业升级。

Viewing from the global value chains＇ the industrial upgrading of processing trade exists in external and internal connection, and it is a dynamic development course of mutiple level, much field and many stages. Therefore the industrial upgrading of Chinese processing trade must realize industrial couple in two aspects. On the one hand. coordinate with domestic pillar industry on the other hand, catche up with international industrial structure and trading structure, through function upgrading developing pro- cessing trade of high and new technology and developing service processing trade.
