摘要
企业的产品创新过程总是伴随着种种风险。在高风险的产品创新活动中,诊断风险和管理风险的能力对企业来说至关重要。基于此,对创新中的风险影响因素进行了述评,介绍了风险诊断法(RDM)的起源、结构和应用效果评价,认为该方法可以识别和评估产品创新过程中企业所遇到的技术性、组织性、管理性风险并对这些风险进行有效控制和管理。此外,通过联合利华公司的案例,解释了风险诊断方法学的主要特点和可移植性,分析了联合利华公司在应用风险诊断方法过程中的经验和教训。
The process of product innovation of an high-risk product innovation, the ability to diagnose enterprise is always accompanied by various risks. In activities of and manage risks is crucial to the enterprise. Based on the above, the risk influence factors during innovation are reviewed and the origin, structure and application effects evaluation of the risk diagnosing methodology (RDM) are introduced. It is considered that the methodology is able to identify and evaluate the technological, organizational and managerial risks encountered in the course of product innovation and it may perform effective management of such risks. Furthermore, through the case of the Unilever Company, the main features and possibility to transplant RDM are interpreted and the experiences and lessons in the process of applying the RDM in the Unilever Company are also analyzed.
