从"国学"这一称谓的弊病出发,力主饶宗颐的"华学"说。倡导将中国古代学术、现当代学术、汉民族主体文化和少数民族文化,以及海外华人华侨传承、流布、创造的中华文化,作为一个结构整体,构成古今中外文明交流发展新的平台。

Considering the drawbacks of the term of ＂National Studies＂, the author strongly advocates the theory of Rao Zongyi＇s ＂Chinese studies＂, proposing that China＇s ancient studies, contemporary and modem studies, the main culture of Han Nationality, culture of minorities and Chinese culture propagated, succeeded, and created by overseas Chinese should be taken as a whole to form a new platform for the interchange and development of the Chinese and foreign ancient and modem cuhures.
