Industry Linkage is that in order to reduce transaction costs and operational risks,the enterprises that is in the same or different links of the industry chain,conduct industrial collaborative activities.The paper argues that the implementation of Industrial linkage strategy will have important significance for promoting the sustainable development of western energy industry and the realization of sustainable energy supply of the eastern area.It also offers that the joint development of the energy and related industries in the western region has technology and resource conditions,and favorable policy environment.
