摘要
冶金地勘单位要实现科学发展,就应根据党的十七大对科学发展观的新表述,结合地矿业发展面临的形势和任务,全面认识和把握科学发展观的科学内涵和精神实质,以此指导观念更新;理清跨越式发展、合理化发展、资源经营的思路;从政策、体制、人员、投入、待遇等方面加强地矿工作。
The paper argues that in order to achieve the scientific development,metallurgical geological prospecting units should fully understand and grasp the scientific connotations and spiritual essence of scientific concept of development;on this account,updating concepts;clarifying the thinking of great-leap-forward development,the rational development,resource management;enhancing geological and mineral work from the policy,institutional,personnel,investment and treatment.
