宫颈阴道分泌液中MMP-9、铜、钙、锌含量与胎膜早破关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究胎膜早破(PROM)孕妇宫颈阴道分泌液中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、微量元素(铜、钙、锌)的含量与PROM的关系。方法选择临产前足月剖宫产分娩的胎膜早破者50例(PROM组)和正常未破膜者50例(对照组),分别用双抗体夹心ELISA法和溶出电极法测定血浆、阴道分泌液中MMP-9、铜、钙、锌的含量。结果PROM组血浆与阴道分泌液中MMP-9水平分别为3187.74±2107.60μg/L、301.61±182.42μg/L均明显高于对照组(1163.02±1131.41μg/L,177.11±106.90μg/L),差异有显著性(P<0.01);PROM组阴道分泌液中铜、钙、锌的含量分别为2.04±1.82μg/L、40.24±18.21μg/L、0.32±0.22μg/L,均明显低于对照组(3.66±2.10μg/L、49.30±12.78μg/L、0.69±0.41μg/L),差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论胎膜早破孕妇阴道分泌液中MMP-9含量明显升高,而铜、钙、锌含量明显降低,对胎膜早破的早期诊断有一定帮助。 Objective To study the content of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and its microelements(Cu, Ca,Zn) of vaginal fluid in premature rupture of membranes (PROM). Methods 50 pregnant women with PROM at term (PROM Group) and 50 normal pregnant women with intact membranes at term (Control Group) were enrolled. The level of MMP-9 and microelements in vaginal fluid and plasma were determined by enzyme link immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and electrode respectively. Results The MMP-9 level of plasma and vaginal fluid in PROM group was 3187.74±2107.60 μg/L and 301.61± 182.42 μg/L respectively, which was significantly higher than Control group (1163.02± 1131.41 μg/L, 177.11±106.90 μg/L,( P 〈0.01). The microelements(Cu,Ca,Zn)level of vaginal fluid in PROM group was 2.04±1.82 μg/L, 40.24±18.21 μg/L,0. 32±0. 22 μg/L respectively, which was significantly lower than Control group (3.66± 2.10 μg/L, 49.30± 12.78 μg/L, 0.69±0.41 μg/L, ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The content of MMP-9 in vaginal fluid of PROM members increase obviously, while the contents of microelements(Cu, Ca,Zn)decrease obviously ,which is helpful to the clinical diagnose of PROM in early days.
