摘要
对二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)插层高岭石与聚丙烯腈(PAN)-DMF水溶液共混体系的流动性能、样品燃烧性能进行了研究,并且用红外光谱和X射线衍射对聚合物样品进行了结构分析与表征。结果表明:PAN聚合物的阻燃性能得到一定改善,共混后PAN聚合物的极限氧指数从18%提高到22%,共混前后溶液体系的流动性能变化很小。红外光谱和X射线衍射分析结果显示:部分聚丙烯腈大分子插入到了高岭石片层之间,使高岭石层间距有一定程度的增大。
Dimethyl formamide intercalated Kaolinite (DMF-Kaolinite) was blended with polyacrylonitrile-dimethyl formamide (PAN-DMF) aqueous solution. The structure of the blend was characterized by Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). Both the flow property and flame retardant property were investigated. IR and X-ray diffraction indicate that the interlayer spacing of DMF has been expanded, which is attributed to the fact that PAN has been intercalated into the layer of the DMF. The LOI of the blend is enhanced from 18% to 22%, which reveals that the flame retardant property has been improved. In addition, the flow property has not changed much.
