摘要 通过半预聚法制备了聚氨酯支架材料。研究了不同稳定剂和开孔剂含量对支架材料形貌结构的影响,通过SEM表征了支架材料的结构,观察了细胞在聚氨酯支架材料上的生长情况。结果表明开孔剂用量的增大使材料的泡孔变大,并促进孔与孔之间的连接和贯通。随着泡沫稳定剂含量增加,材料平均孔径逐渐下降,孔隙率增大,密度降低。SEM照片显示材料泡孔比较均匀,泡孔之间相互连接贯通。细胞相容性研究表明,细胞能在三维支架材料上生长,并分泌出细胞外基质,支架材料具有良好的细胞相容性。 Polyurethane scaffolds were prepared via pre-polymerization. The influences of cell opener and foam stabilizer on the structure of scaffold were studied. The results show that as the content of the cell opener increased, the pore diameter becomes larger. While the content of the stabilizer increased the proe diameter and the foam density decreases, but the pore volume ratio increases. SEM photos show that the cells of the PU scaffolds are interconnected. Finally the growth of cells can scaffolds was observed. The cells can adhere and secrete extra-cellular matrix and grow on PU three-dimensional scaffolds. The PU scaffolds have good cell compatibility.
