摘要
以邻菲咯啉、苯肼为原料,合成了一种新的苯腙类衍生物——1,10-邻菲咯啉-5,6-二苯腙,由红外光谱表征结构,用显微熔点测定仪测得其熔程为243~244℃。分析了反应的影响因素,并研究了其紫外光谱、荧光光谱特性。结果表明,该化合物具有较强荧光性质,可望用作光纤生物传感器的敏感材料。
A novel phenylhydrazone derivative of 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-diphenylhydrazone was synthesized using phenanthroline and phenylhydrazine as initial materials. The structure of the compound was characterized by means of infrared spectrum. The melting point analysis showed its melting point was 243~244℃. The effect factors of the reaction had been analyzed, furthermore, the UV absorption and fluorescence spectra were studied. The results indicated that the compound exhibited strong fluorescence property, which was a potential sensitive material of optic biosensor.
