摘要
以菌丝生物量、菌球密度、菌球直径为指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验探讨了姬菇液体菌种最适培养基和培养条件。结果表明,最适培养基为:甘露醇3%,酵母粉1.0%,磷酸二氢钾0.2%,硫酸镁0.05%,玉米粉1.0%;最适培养条件为:摇瓶装液量90 mL.(250 mL)-1,起始pH值6,摇瓶转速150 r.min-1,培养时间6 d,培养温度26℃,对姬菇液体与固体菌种的瓶栽实验进行了比较,结果显示,在相同的条件下姬菇液体菌种较固体菌种生长速度提高75%,栽培时间可缩短一半。
The appropriate medium and culture conditions of Pleurotus corucopiae liquid spawn were studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimal composition of the medium were as follows, mannitol 3%, yeast powder 1.0%, corn powder 1.0%,KH2PO4 0. 2%, MgSO4·7H2O 0.05%;and the optimal culture conditions were as follows.shaking rate 150 r·min^-1, initial pH value 6, volume 90 mL/250 mL,culture temperature 26℃ and culture time 6 d. Compared with the traditional solid spawn,the liquid spawn grew almost at a twice rate of the traditional way.
