摘要 以某机械制造公司生产三种汽车组件为例,详细介绍了分级位置权重(RPW)法,分析了混合流水装配线的工序同期化的过程及结果,指出RPW方法不仅可以减少工作地的数量,而且还可以提高生产线的平衡率,进而提高生产效率。 Giving as an example that a company manufactures three kinds of automobile parts, this paper introduces in detail the approach of ranked positional weights, analyzes process sequencing and its results. The approach can not only weights, analyzes process sequencing and its results. The approach can not only the number of working places, but also improve the balancing ratio of assembly lines , as well the production efficiency.
