支气管哮喘患者用药依从性及其生命质量影响因素的研究

Study on medication compliance in bronchial asthma patients and the influencial factors of quality of life

目的通过对哮喘患者用药依从性及生命质量评估影响因素的研究分析,为进一步开展健康教育、改善患者生命质量提供理论依据。方法应用患者基本情况表、用药依从性调查表和成人哮喘生命质量评分表(AQLQ)对81例成人哮喘患者进行调查,分析研究一般情况、用药依从性和生命质量影响因素。结果患者用药依从性达到55.5%,曾经接受过用药指导的患者依从性明显高于未接受过指导的患者(χ2=12.187,P=0.001);曾经接受过用药监督的患者依从性明显高于未接受过监督的患者(χ2=17.466,P=0.001);依从性好的生命质量评分也高。结论接受用药监督及用药指导,可提高患者的用药依从性,也可提高患者生命质量评分。

Objective To investigate the medication compliance and the influencial factors of quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma for providing a theory to carry out health education and improve their quality of life. Methods General state of health, medication compliance, and adult asthma quality of life questionnaire were analyzed in 81 patients with asthma. Results The rate of medication compliance was 55.5 %. The compliance of patients who had been given information of medication guidance was significantly higher than those who had not （ x^2 = 12. 187, P = 0. 001 ） ; while the compliance of patients who had been given medication supervision was significantly higher than those who had not （ x^2 = 17. 466, P = 0. 001 ）. The better medication compliance they had, the higher scores of quality of life they got. Conclusion The medication compliance and the scores of quality of life in patients could be enhanced through advising medication supervision and medication guidance.
