摘要
对104件层合板接头静载力学性能及疲劳特性进行了试验研究,其中考虑了三种不同铺层、九种不同几何尺寸及两种拧紧力矩工况对其力学性能的影响.使用渗透剂增强的X射线图象技术对静载荷分级加载和疲劳载荷分时加载下试样损伤扩展及累积过程进行了无损检测,探讨了复合材料层合板接头实际损伤失效形式及破坏规律.
The static-load mechanical properties and fatigue characteristics of 104 specimens were tested on single bolted joints in composite laminates, of which including nine sizes, three types of lay orientations and two types of torques. Dye-Enhanced X-Radiography technique was used to conduct nondestructive test of the progressive damage process of specimens during static and fatigue loadings. The real damage types and failure rules of single bolted joints in composite laminates were also discussed.
