摘要
本文以SG18轧机为对象,研究其液压压下作用力与轧制力的函数关系。普通的四辊轧机的轧制力完全由液压压下力作用,但对于SG18轧机除受到支撑辊作用外,还有其它辅助辊作用,压下作用力与轧制力不是简单的传递关系。本文首先对SG18轧机的受力情况进行了定性的分析,然后采用动力学分析软件ADAMS进行仿真研究液压压下作用力与轧制力之间的关系,并根据仿真数据绘制了液压压下作用力与轧制力的关系曲线,并利用回归分析计算理论得出了两者之间的函数,为SG18轧机轧制力的间接测量提供了理论支持。
The paper mainly studied the relationship between the hydraulic pressure and rolling force. The rolling force was equal to the hydraulic pressure for the four-high mill, but SG18 mill was different because SG18 mill was loaded not only with the back up rolls but also with the other auxiliary rolls. A qualitative analysis was carried out about the stress of SG18 mill. Furthermore, a relation curve between hydraulic pressure and rolling was drawn after simulation study on them by dynamic analysis software ADAMS. Finally, regression equation was obtained to give theory support for indirect measurement of the rolling force of SG18 mill.
