摘要
介绍了采用ICPS-7500型扫描式等离子体光谱仪测定硅钙包芯线中的钙、铝、磷的检测方法。确定了样品的溶解方法和最佳的分析条件,进行了精密度和准确度试验。
Sweep plasma spectrometer ICPS - 7500 was used for the determination of Ca, Al, P in calcium-silicon alloy. The solution method and optimal analytical method of samples were determined, and the precision and accuracy experiments were processed.
