摘要
本文构建了我国户外救援体系,要求从中央、地方、景区3级层层协调分工配合,实现多个部门联合救援,提高效率。并对构成救援保障体系的子系统及其系统要素进行分析与研究。
This paper constructs the outdoor sport＇ s rescue system in China and points out that it requires close coordination of central, local and scenic spots administrations as well as joint rescuing services from all departments concerned. Besides, this paper analyzes and studies sub - systems and elements essential for constrncting a rescuing and guarding system.
