螺旋CT三期增强扫描诊断肝细胞腺瘤的应用 被引量：3

摘要 肝细胞腺瘤是一种少见的肝脏良性肿瘤，具有恶变可能和出血倾向．因此早期诊断具有重要意义。常规CT检查因缺乏特异性而易漏诊、误诊，确诊主要依赖于术后病理学诊断。近年来，螺旋CT及高压注射器的发展应用使肝细胞腺瘤的检出率和诊断符合率得到明显的提高。本文通过总结10例肝细胞腺瘤的影像学表现．对照病理所见．分析、
