双源CT冠状动脉成像的临床应用 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨双源CT冠状动脉成像技术及临床应用。方法对2380例应用双源CT扫描的冠状动脉图像(CTA)资料进行回顾性分析、评价。结果2380例中有2365例冠状动脉显示良好符合诊断要求。发现异常1220例,其中冠状动脉狭窄1070例,冠状动脉支架术后再狭窄101例,冠状动脉搭桥术后再狭窄45例,冠状动脉瘤4例。结论双源CT采用多时相重建,经各种后处理技术显示再狭窄冠脉的三维结构。不仅对冠状动脉病变的筛查和诊断,而且对冠状动脉支架术后,冠状动脉搭桥术后及冠状静脉的评价具有独特的优势。
