彩色多普勒超声对小儿门静脉海绵样变性的鉴别诊断

Differential diagnosis of cavernous transformation of the portal vein by color Doppler ultrasonography in children

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在小儿门静脉海绵样变性中的鉴别诊断价值。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声对30例门静脉海绵样变性的患儿进行检查。结果:小儿门静脉海绵样变性具有特征性的彩色多普勒声像改变,而且根据声像图改变进行分类,与手术病理进行对照研究。结论:彩色多普勒超声对小儿门静脉海绵样变性诊断和鉴别诊断有很大帮助。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of cavernous transformation of the portal vein in children. Methods Thirty cases of cavernous transformation of the portal vein were checked by color Doppler ultrasonography. Results Cavernous transformation of the portal vein of children had the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonic image, and was classified by different image. These cases were proved by operation and pathology. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonic is much valuable in differential diagnosis and diagnosis of cavernous transformation of the portal vein in children.
