七叶皂甙钠防治全颅放射治疗所致脑水肿的疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察七叶皂甙钠联用甘露醇治疗放射所致脑水肿的临床疗效。方法:将59例经放射治疗的脑瘤患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组29例。两组均应用20%甘露醇1 g/(kg·d),分2次静脉滴注;地塞米松10 mg/次,1次/d,静脉滴注。治疗组在以上用药的基础上加用β-七叶皂甙钠10~20 mg加入生理盐水250 mL中,1次/d静脉滴注;均14 d为1个疗程,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组显效率为86.7%(26/30),明显优于对照组的显效率62.1%(18/29)(P〈0.05)。结论:β-七叶皂甙钠与甘露醇合用治疗脑水肿疗效确切。 Objective To investigate the effect of β-aescine sodium with mannitol on radiation- induced brain edema. Methods Fifty-nine patients with radiation-induced brain edema were randomly divided into 2 groups,in which 30 patients were treated with β-aescine sodium 10 to 20 mg in 250 mL of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection combined with mannitol [1 g/(kg·d)] and dexamethasone (10 mg/d), intravenous drop infusion, every clay,and another 29 patients (control group) were treated with mannitol[1 g/(kg·d)] and dexamethasone(10 mg/d) . The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in β-aescine sodium group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion β-aescine sodium has a good effect on radiative brain edema and more advantages than mannitol and dexamethasone.
