PPAR-γ的生物学特性及其配体治疗垂体腺瘤的研究进展

摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma.PPAR-γ)不仅对细胞生长、分化以及炎症、凋亡具有重要影响.而且与肿瘤细胞的生长密切相关。近年来。对于PPAR-γ及其配体的研究较多.取得了许多进展。本文就近年来关于PPAR-γ的生物学特性及其配体——噻唑烷二酮类药物(thiazolidinediones.TZDs)实验治疗垂体腺瘤(pituitary adenoma,PA)的研究进展作一综述。
