Advances in the treatment of spinal cord injury by bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCD临床常见,致瘫率高.其治疗一直是医学界的一项难题。SCI后,由于中枢神经系统没有能提供断裂轴突有效再生的微环境而使SCI不能痊愈,给伤者留下严重的躯体功能障碍。神经元和神经胶质细胞丧失是SCI后脊髓功能永久性障碍的主要原因。因为中枢神经系统自我修复能力有限.故而目前最有效的方法是通过细胞移植来替代缺失的神经细胞。
