摘要 3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶(glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase,GAPDH)是糖酵解中的一个关键酶,它催化3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢氧化成为1,3-二磷酸甘油酸,并最终将能量转移给ADP生成ATP。GAPDH一直以来都被认为是一个广泛存在的蛋白,除了糖酵解作用之外没有其它重要的生理功能。GAPDH基因也通常被认为是一个管家基因,作为研究其他基因构成、
