多层螺旋CT血管成像及后处理技术在主动脉夹层的应用价值 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)血管成像及后处理技术在主动脉夹层动脉瘤中的价值。方法对3例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者行薄层容积扫描,应用多种后处理技术对其进行处理。结果各种处理方法均可显示主动脉夹层及真假腔,但以MPR和VR显示最佳,MPR可清晰显示内膜片形态、腔内血栓、管壁钙化移位及夹层累及范围和破裂口,VR可立体显示主动脉及其分支血管的关系以及螺旋状的内膜。结论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)血管成像对主动脉夹层诊断具有明确的价值,MPR和VR作为后处理技术首选方法。 Objective To explore the applicable value of multislice CT angiography and postprocessing techniques in the diagnosis of aortic dissection. Methods Enhanced volume scan was performed in 3 cases with aortic dissection, using various postprocessing techniques. Results All cases with aortic dissection and true and falese cavity were showed by all postprocessings,especial MPR(multi-planar reconstruction) and VR (volume rendering), MPR clearly showed intimal flap, mural thrombus and calcification, the location of intimal rupture. VR demonstrated the extension of the involved aorta and its branches, and the trace of spiral intermembrance of the aortic dissection. Conclusion MSCTA is of positive applicable value to the diagnosis of aortic dissections.MPR and VR are the first choice as postprocessing techniques.
