3D DCE MRA diagnosis for malformation of inferior vena cava

摘要 目的初步探讨三维对比增强磁共振血管成像(3D DCE MRA)在下腔静脉(IVC)畸形诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析行腹部3D DCE MRA检查患者1040例,均使用三维容积超快速多期动态增强扫描(Propeller LAVA)行血管成像,先采用最大强度投影(MIP)重建,疑IVC畸形者再行容积再现(VR)重建。结果1040例患者中共发现IVC畸形6例,发生率为0.58%。双IVC畸形4例,左位IVC2例。结论3D DCE MRA能清楚显示IVC畸形。 Objective To preliminarily explore the value of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3D DCE MRA) in the diagnosis of the malformation(IVC). Methods The data 1040 patients undergoine 3D DCE MRA scan were analyzed retrospectively. Blood vessels were reconstructed by maximum intensity projectiong (MIP) for all patients who underwent 3D propeller LAVA, and then were done by volume redering(VR) for the patients with doublful malformation of IVC. Results The incidence rate of variant inferior vena cava was 0.58% (6/1040), including 4 cases with double inferior vena cava, 2 cases with left inferior vena cava. Conclusion 3D DCE MRA can clearly show the malformation of IVC.
