摘要 目的运用磁共振稳态梯度回波序列(True FISP)获取壶腹部冠状位的兴趣区图像,探讨MRI多种成像序列中True FISP序列作为首选对壶腹癌的诊断价值。方法收集经手术病理证实的壶腹癌27例,首选True FISP序列扫描,获取冠状位兴趣区成像,对其影像学表现特征进行回顾性分析。结果27例壶腹癌,True FISP序列显示胆总管截断10例、12指肠乳头处充盈缺损9例、胆总管受压变窄6例、胆总管远端显示不清2例。结论磁共振稳态梯度回波序列(Truei FISP)可显示胆管系统,作为首选序列加MRI多种成像序列,对诊断壶腹癌具有重要作用。 Objective To explore MRI diagnostic value of True FISP sequence as the first choice for ampullar carcinoma. Methods The MRI data of 27 cases with ampullar carcinoma diagnosed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. True FISP sequence was used as the first choice in the MRI examination for all patients to obtain coronal images. Results In 27 cases with ampulary carcinoma, the signal features in the True FISP sequnce revealed common bile duct cut-off structure in 10 cases, signal filling defect in 9 cases, narrow in 6 cases, unclear vision in 2 cases. Conclusion True FISP as the first choice in the MRI examination for the patients with ampullar carcinoma can display the biliary system, and has important value.
