摘要
目的探讨急性兔脑缺血的磁共振波谱改变.方法建立兔急性脑缺血模型并行MRS检查,在缺血中心区和周围区分别检测N-乙酰天冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱Cho、肌酸Cr、乳酸Lac。结果缺血区的1H-磁共振波谱显示NAA明显下降或消失,Cho、Cr亦见不同程度的下降,但下降幅度不如NAA,且缺血中心区下降幅度较缺血周围区下降幅度大;出现Lac峰,且缺血中心区Lac峰值最高,缺血周围区较低。结论本实验通过研究兔急性脑缺血模型的MRS特点,为脑缺血性疾病的研究提供了可靠的动物模型和实验理论依据。
Objective To investigate the mechanism and the value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS) in the acute cerebral ischemia. Methods The acute cerebral ischemia models of 10 rabbits were performed on MRS. The level ofNAA, Cho, Cr, Lac in the center and peripheral area ofischema were measured on MRS. Results The proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy of the ischemic area showed that the level of NAA decreased obviously, that the level ofCho, Cr also decreased, and that the down extent in the center of the ischemic area was bigger than that in the peripheral area of ischemia. The peak of Lac was showed, and it was higher in the center of the ischemic area. Conclusion Magnetic resonance spectroscopy can reflect injured degree of brain tissue. The characteristics of the acute cerebral ischemia model of the rabbits on magnetic resonance spectroscopy can provide reliable animal models and theoretical evidence for the rearch on ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
