对篮球比赛罚球命中率影响因素的研究

Study on Influence Factor of Free Shot in Basketball Competition

本文通过分析罚球的规律特点,认为影响罚球命中率的根本因素是罚球技术自动化程度,同时,心理、实战"经验"、队员身体状况也直接影响罚球命中率,建议通过狠抓基本功、注意罚球专项训练时间安排、增加"挫折"训练、及时分析纠正等措施进行提高。

Through analyzing the characteristics of free shot rule, this paper points out that the possible influence factor about free shot is the technology automatist, and the psychology, the actual combat, the experience, the player body condition also directly influence penalty free shot. It suggests that through enhancing the basic skills, attended free shot special training time arrangement and prompt correction wrong measures and so on carries on the enhancement.
