摘要
本文从竞赛的风险内涵出发,对历届奥运会有关运动竞赛的风险案例进行分析,检索奥运会及诸多大型历史竞赛风险事实,展开风险管理和风险对策两大方面的探讨,对2008北京奥运会的相关安全问题进行剖析,这些对策包括竞赛区域安全管理、风险限制、保险对策和设置管理机构等方面的建议。
From the meaning of competition risk, this paper makes analysis on cases concerned about competition risk in past Olympic Games, indexes the facts of competition risk of Olympic Games and other major competitions, discusses the risk management and countermeasure and discusses the relevant safety problems in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, including safety management in competition zone, risk limited, insurance countermeasure and institution establishment.
