通过对白内障合并糖尿病患者围手术期血糖情况的探讨,了解白内障手术对血糖波动的影响,分析其原因及血糖波动对白内障手术预后的直接影响,并探讨干预方法,减少糖尿病患者白内障围手术期血糖波动,降低手术并发症,使手术更为安全、有效,进一步改善白内障合并糖尿病患者的生活质量。

This article elucidates the changes of blood sugar of diabetic patients in the perioperative period of cataract surgery to know about the influence of cataract surgery on blood sugar fluctuation, to analyze the relevant causes and the direct effect of blood sugar changes on the prognosis of cataract surgery. Some interventions should be given to diabetic patients in the perioperative period of cataract surgery to reduce blood sugar fluctuation and complications, to make the surgery safer and more effective, and to improve the life quality of diabetic patients complicated with cataract.
