摘要
采用正辛基铜锂试剂与乙炔反应生成高顺式癸烯基铜锂试剂，再与由γ－丁内酯为原料制备的４－羰基丁酸乙酯进行亲电加成、关环、内酯化。
The dl sex pheromone of Japanese Beetle was synthesized by the electrophilic addition, closing ring, lactonation of nonenylcopperlithium reagent, prepared from n octyllithium, with 4 carbonyl ethyl,butanate derived from γ butyllactone.
