摘要
利用4种新型单膦配体与钯形成的络合物作为均相催化剂,研究了氯苄双羰基化生成苯基丙酮酸甲酯的催化反应;考察了反应温度、CO压力和Pd/PhCH2Cl(mol比,下同)的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为100℃,CO压力为6.0MPa,Pd/PhCH2Cl为0.8时,络合物(Ⅰ)作为氯苄双羰基化反应的均相催化剂,生成苯基丙酮酸甲酯的产率和选择性分别可达95%和93%。
Yan shiyan (State Key Laboratory of OXO Synthesis and Selective Oxidation,Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics,Lanzhou 730000) The double carbonylation reaction of C 6H 5CH 2Cl has been studied using Pd complexes with four new monophosphine ligands as homogeneous catalyst.The effect of reaction temperatures,CO pressure,and Pd/PhCH 2Cl mole ratio on the yield and selectivity of the reaction product C 6H 5CH 2COCOOCH 3 is also discussed.Using complex(Ⅰ)as a homogeneous catalyst for double carbonylation of C 6H 5CH 2Cl, the yield and selectivity of the product C 6H 5CH 2COCOOCH 3 are 95% and 93% respectively at 100℃,CO pressure 6.0 MPa and Pd/PhCH 2Cl mole ratio 0.8.
