连云港市蔬菜中多种农药残留检测与分析 被引量:7

摘要 2007年从连云港市内蔬菜生产基地、农产品批发市场、农贸市场和超市随机抽取480份蔬菜样品,测定蔬菜中多种农药的残留量。检测范围包括甲胺磷、甲拌磷、氧化乐果、乐界、毒死蜱、甲基叶硫磷、对硫磷、乙酰甲胺磷、百菌清、三唑酮、三氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯等13种农药。结果表明:蔬菜中多种农药超标率为7.92%;被检测的蔬菜中13种农药均检测出,其中甲胺磷超标率最高,为3.96%。第三季度农残超标率为13.33%,远远高于其他3个季度。超市超标率达2.92%,高于批发市场、农贸市场和生产基地。
