农业科技推广中的问题及对策探析

On the Issues in Agricultural Sci_tech Promotion in China

本文对农业科技推广现状进行了分析研究,指出我国原有的农业科技推广体系已无法适应当前市场经济的要求,存在推广资金不足、推广人员素质较低、农民吸纳新科技的能力差等诸多问题。有针对性地给出了加强农业科技推广法律法规建设、建立完善的农业科技推广体系、加强政府投资总量等相应对策。

This paper analyzes the agricultural sci-tech promotion in present China, and concludes that the drawbacks include the inadaptabihty of the existing promotion system, the incompetence of the personnel, the shortage of needed fund, and the inability of the farmers to adopt the new techniques. It then proposes the countermeasures of reinforcing the legal construction for the promotion, perfecting the promotion system, and increasing the governmental investment.
