摘要
目的对聚天冬氨酸(PASP)在0.5 mol/L硫酸中对铜的缓蚀性能进行了测试.方法采用电化学稳态极化法和交流阻抗法.结果PASP同时抑制阴阳极过程,室温20℃时缓蚀效率随着聚天冬氨酸浓度的增加而增加,当PASP质量浓度达到8 g/L时缓蚀效率达到87.4%;PASP在铜表面的吸附作用符合修正过的Langmuir等温式形式.结论PASP对铜具有一定的缓蚀保护能力.
Objective The corrosion inhibition ability of corrosion inhibitor PASP to cooper in H2SO4 solution is discussed. Methods With electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and stable polarity curve method. Results PASP inhibited the process of anode and cathode reaction. The inhibiting performance of PASP increased with the rise of concentration at 20℃. The maximum inhibition efficiency was 87.4% within the previous scope of concentration. And the dynamic absorbing process was consistent with the amended Longmuir absorption model. Conclusion PASP has certain corrosion inhibition function.
