饲粮碘水平对肉兔生化指标的影响

Effects of Iodine levels on Biochemical Parameters in Meat Rabbits

通过对肉兔饲喂不同碘水平的饲粮,探讨了饲粮碘水平对肉兔血液生化指标的影响.结果表明,肉兔饲粮中添加0.8 mg/kg碘,实际碘含量为0.925 mg/kg时,最为理想,可保持肉兔正常的甲状腺功能.其中T4、FT4、T3等三项指标均值最大值,与对照组(第1组)相比差异显著(P<0.05);而此时指标TSH均值最小,与对照组(第1组)相比差异显著(P<0.05).对于FT3、ALP(碱性磷酸酶)、ALT(谷丙转氨酶)、AST(谷草转氨酶)、TP(总蛋白)、ALB(白蛋白)、A/G(白球比),各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05).

The effects of iodine levels in diet on Biochemical Parameters in meat rabbits were studied with feeding different iodine levels of diet. The result showed that adding iodine 0. 8 mg/kg into based diet with the total quantity of 0. 925 mg/kg was the best. The normal thyroid function could be kept. The T4, FT4 and T3 were the biggest ones, and were higher than the control group （the first group） significantly （P〈0.05）. Then TSH was the lowest and lower than control group significantly （P〈0.05）. For FT3, ALP, ALT, AST, TP, ALB and A/G, there was no significant difference among groups （P〉0.05）.
