村民的法律意识与法律文化深受中国传统法律文化的影响,中国传统法律文化内容丰富,特点鲜明。我国是一个有着几千年农业文明史的国家,传统法律文化在村民的心理构成中更是打上了深深的烙印,普遍地影响和制约着当前我国村民的法律意识,成为影响村民法律意识提高的历史因素。提高村民的法律意识,实现农村法律文化现代化,必须继承优秀法律文化的遗产,为构建农村法治与农村和谐社会准备条件。

The law consciousness and the law culture of the village people were influenced deeply under the Chinese traditional law culture, which is the content is abundant and the characteristics is fresh and clear. Our country has several thousand years history of the agriculture civilization, that is the history factor of influencing on the law consciousness of village people. Raise law consciousness and carry out law culture modernization of the village, have to inherit the inheritance of the excellent law culture, then preparation condition for set up the village rule of law and harmonize society.
