On the Managing Style of Individually-run Enterprises in Yongzhou of Hunan Province

湖南省永州市民营企业家族化的经营管理模式在民营企业创业初期为企业的发展贡献了力量,起到促进的作用。随着发展阶段的变化,要求企业的经营管理模式与之发生相应的变化。由于家族化的经营管理模式具有封闭性、稳定性的特点,企业难以从封闭式的低效稳态均衡状态退出。股权多元化、民营企业家族成员退出成本、企业的发展战略目标、企业外部的竞争压力等因素是决定企业经营管理模式变迁的重要因素。

At the beginning, the family-managing style has contributed a lot to the development of individually-run enterprises in Yongzhou of Hunan provice. But different development stages needs different managing styles. Due to the features of autarchy and stability of family-managing style, it is difficult for the enterprises to free themselves from the closed, low-efficiency equilibrium. To transfer the managing style, the multi-polarized allotments of shares, family members＇ retrieving their capital, the strategic objects to develop enterprises and competitive stresses are decisive factors for the enterprises to take account into.
