摘要
我科于2002年9月收治1例位于左上颌窦的原发性恶性肌上皮瘤，现报道分析如下。
患者女，41岁，因左鼻塞1个月，逐渐加重10d，于2002年9月1日来我院就诊，伴左牙痛数天，为钝痛，呈持续性，无放射性痛；鼻涕不多，为少量白色分泌物，时有涕中带血丝；无面部麻木、张口困难，无耳鸣、听力下降，无视力影响，于9月2日收住入院。
