高校科研人员的激励与约束机制研究

Research on Excitation and Supervision Mechanism of Scientific Research Personnel in Colleges and University

高校科研人员的主体是高校教师,其主要任务在于教书育人,且以研促教、以教增研。但目前因高校扩招,加上市场化等复杂因素,高校科研和教育质量不容乐观,建立以科研促进和带动教学的机制,是获得高校教学科研全面发展的良好境况。文章指出建立一个良好的激励和约束机制是通过科研切实提高自身的素质,并真正提高教育质量的保障。

The principal part of college scientific research personnel is college teachers, whose main task consists of teaching and education, and promoting teaching by scientific research and increasing scientific research by leaching.However, thc scientific research and the teaching quality are not optimistic owing to some complex factors, such as the college explosive enrollment arid the marketing enviroment. It is a favorable station which leads the all-round development of teaching and scientific research to set up a kind of mechanism promoting and driving teaching by scientific research. The paper mainly points out that to set up an excitation and supervision mechanism is indeed to enhance self-condition and improve the educational quality.
